In 2021, after individually forging successful careers in the film/television industry, Paul and Jeremiah decided to join forces, pooling their resources, knowledge, and creative energy to form Black Atlas Films. As brothers, their unique bond and complementary talents have streamlined their collaboration, enabling them to produce compelling content with unparalleled efficiency and creativity.
Their partnership has already led to international acclaim, with projects filmed across the globe—from Greece to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Paul Black began his journey in the film industry as an actor, quickly earning recognition for his on-screen talent and dedication. A graduate of Vancouver Film School, Paul has over a decade of experience and more than 30 credits in film and television. He has starred in acclaimed productions such as S.W.A.T., Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Offer, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Transformers: Bumblebee, Sierra Burgess Is a Loser, Shooter, and The Masked Singer, among others.

Jeremiah Black’s passion for storytelling led him to study at Capilano University’s prestigious Motion Picture Arts Program, where he specialized in directing, cinematography, and lighting. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Jeremiah has honed his craft working on major productions such as Bates Motel, Prison Break, Riverdale, Lucifer, Nancy Drew, and The Good Doctor, among many others.
Jeremiah’s expertise extends beyond the set, as he has directed and produced projects for global brands like Lamborghini, White Claw, Tourism USA, and Tholos Resort in Santorini, Greece. His extensive experience, with over 10,000 hours on set, has shaped him into a meticulous planner and a visionary leader, capable of managing complex productions with precision and creativity.
As co-founder of Black Atlas Films, Jeremiah combines his technical expertise and creative vision to bring unique and impactful stories to life. Working alongside his brother Paul, he continues to push the boundaries of filmmaking and documentary production, with a shared commitment to creating meaningful and visually stunning content.
